Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For Defective Products:
We accept returns on website purchases within 14 days after delivery. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement.

If any items arrive damaged or faulty please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Please email us at info@skipthemoon.com and we will rectify this right away!

For Non-defective Products
Products that are not defective can be returned for refund or replacement, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application, but must apply within 7 days from the arrival date of shipment. The customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized or customized goods such as wax seal stamps and gift cards cannot be returned.

For Custom Engraved Items:
– We will not accept any modifications made to an artwork file after receipt of order, unless the engraving process has not yet commenced.
– Cancellation or return of any custom engraved items will be subject to a non-refundable 35% service charge.
– Refunds for custom engraved items will only be issued for orders that have been cancelled prior to the goods being produced, unless the items arrived faulty or damaged upon transit.

For Ready Made Items:
- Cancellations may be made prior to the goods being dispatched.
- A refund will only be issued for orders that have been cancelled prior to receiving a shipping confirmation email.

How to Return:
To return your product, please contact us via info@skipthemoon.com, we will send the return address to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged/defective or any our error returns will receive a refund including a refund of original shipping charges. Unless otherwise stated, otherwise determined by us in our sole and reasonable discretion.
