RETURN & REFUND
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 10 days from the delivery date of your order. We do not accept returns for a reason based on personal preference. We only accept a damaged or defective item returns.
How to Return:
To return your product, please contact us via info@skipthemoon.com, we will send the return address to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Damaged/defective or any our error returns will receive a refund including a refund of original shipping charges. Unless otherwise stated, otherwise determined by us in our sole and reasonable discretion.
